Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the account or cancellation method provided by Society Girls Stories. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancelling prevents future renewal charges while access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for an already-paid subscription period, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Digital products

Digital products may include downloadable collections, wallpapers, music, video, bundles, and other downloadable material.

Because digital products may become available immediately after purchase, refund and withdrawal rights may differ depending on applicable consumer law, whether delivery or downloading has begun, and any consent or acknowledgement collected during checkout. Any legally required rights remain unaffected.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, contact us so the payment can be investigated.

Technical problems

If a purchased digital product cannot be accessed because of a technical problem with our service, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, any applicable remedy will be provided in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.

Subscription price and renewal

The applicable price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any promotional or launch pricing will be displayed before purchase. If a promotional price applies only for a limited period or differs from a later renewal price, the applicable terms should be disclosed during checkout.
